1. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as it’s on the way!
2. Do you offer Pickup In Store?
Yes! If you're wanting to pickup the item instead of paying for shipping, you can come pickup your order at the Cloverdale Flea Market every Sunday between 10AM-2PM. Just select "Pickup In Store"!
3. What’s your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship within Canada! However, we're hoping to expand sooner than later so expect an update later in the future!
5. Where can I find you in person?
We pop up at our local Cloverdale Flea Market regularly every Sunday from 7am-3pm! Follow us on Instagram @TheGoodMart to see where we’ll be vending next.

1. Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days unless you've chosen "Expedited" which typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Note: Shipping times may vary during holidays or special events.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and never share your personal information.
Your data is only used to process your order and keep you updated via email (if you’ve opted in).
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
4. Terms of Service
By placing an order with us, you agree to our policies, including shipping timelines, all sales being final, and fair usage of our site and content.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
5. Payment Policy
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
Your card will be charged immediately upon checkout confirmation.
